Notable annual meetings in America North with the participation of hundreds of thousands of people across the continent, including the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Laconia Bike week, Daytona Beach Bike Week. There are countless small, regional meetings in the United States, including the annual meeting of the International AMM BMW race in the Northwest Pacific oyster, the Golden Aspen Rally (before Aspencade) in the south-west, west of Laughlin River Run, and Americade in the North.

Gypsy Tour American cycling is a term that originated before the 1920s, the term was largely but not entirely replaced a meeting or performance. Gypsy Tours were organized into groups of riders from across the country gathered at a favorite destination. The term Gypsy has been used because the runners came from far away and often sleep in tents around a campfire on the road a bit like gypsies Hollywood stereotype.
An Australian newspaper, referring to a Gypsy Tour Rally from Melbourne to Sydney in 1927, said – "The idea a tour of" Gypsy "comes from American. Visit are usually held simultaneously in different cities, and all roads converge at a single site, where a demonstration was held by the parties the tour.
