Online play via debit cards in the U.S.?
Play poker online for money and some problems with my card debit card through, I was told recently by a representative of my bank that the use of a debit card for online gaming is illegal, said the cards can be used credit, but the use of a debit card for online gaming is illegal under federal law, regardless of the state in the U.S. we live Does anyone know if this is really a federal law for all states of the United States and if so, do you still use it as an electronic check checking account to play online? For each representative the bank, spoke of it (and I speak 3 of them believe that the law is against the use of your debit card online, but do not say that federal law prohibits the use of an account power to play online …
No law can not prevent use your debit card as it would be less than the bank will not let you – the only way to know if the debit card can not be used in an online site if the site will tell you
