Planning a fundraiser – Can you help me?
I want to organize a fundraiser for a child who has cancer. I live in the UK but the baby lives in the United States. Just a few questions: 1. Is it necessary to record what a charity? 2. How I approach sponsors fund-raising event? Mail, electronic mail, in person? 3. Should I prepare a presentation to encourage developers make a donation? 4. What are good ideas for fundraising? (Bingo, Poker, etc. ..) 5 How I can attract a high level of client / artist? As You may think I'm you know? Thanks in advance!
1. You may not register as a charity as the charity must be able to benefit more of a person. Legally you can raise money for this child, if not described the events, etc. as a charity.
