How to take care of my injury?
I just dropped a heavy box of poker on the relationship between my feet and my big toe. He is deeply hurt and I can not move my feet, but keeps throbbing pain and swelling is sometimes still numb. Any help would be muchly appreciated. Thanks in advance:)
RICE Rest Ice Compression method of altitude keeps the foot as much as you can, ice for 30 minutes and then off for 1 hour. Compression with an elastic bandage and elevation when you're away.
