What is the cheapest Buy-in for a Texas Hold ‘Em Sit and Go Table in a Casino?
If you could, please provide the buy-in and the host fee for these tables, i.e. $20(Buy-in) + $2(Host Fee). I’m not asking about online casinos, i’m asking about real life, sit at a real table, and see real people casinos. If you could also tell me the name of the casino and where it is located, that would be wonderful. I’m turning 21 in less then 2 months and I’ve been playing online poker for some time; I’m quite good in my opinion, and I would like to try my hand at a real casino.
I know there are a lot of small casinos in Washington State that have 2-3 table tournaments for $20 and they take no entry fee. The smaller the casino’s poker room, the better the tourney deal. They end up making money on them later when the tourney players play in a cash game. The tourney is how they get them in the door.
Bigger casinos that have many players don’t need to use tourney’s in the same manner, and so they have large entry fees. You’ll often see 20% or more for an entry fee.
